Trust me; cycling is the coolest and cost –effective way to achieve the sport figure that you could have ever dreamt off. It is a new fitness fad which is gaining a big craze among the celebrities too. Just read out how cycling adds to your good health.

Firstly, cycling keeps your knees, thighs and hips in flexible mode. Every time when you rise from the saddle because of bumps on road, it strengthens your lower back and stomach muscles effectively.
