How cardiovascular exercises keeps you on a healthy note

Do you know that cardiovascular exercises burns your body calories, gets your heart pumping, improves your endurance level and helps fighting ageing. Isn’t this wonderful news for your body as well as soul? Yes it is!

Walking is a great cardiovascular exercise that eases your stressed and tired body. The best part is that you can do it anywhere and anytime without the requirement of any machine. Mind it that it is easy, can help you to loose good amount of weight, good for your heart and has a low risk of injuries. So, make sure to walk everyday for at least 20 to 30 minutes if you are a beginner. But if you fall into the category of an intermediate then go for 45 minutes and even 60 minutes if you are an advanced level walker. Mind it, while walking keeping a good posture is as important as walking on a right manner. So keep your chin up, shoulders back and arm swinging at 90 degree angle. Also, make sure to be regular in your walking routine to get the best results.

Hiking is another part of cardiovascular exercises. hiking can be anything from walking a couple of miles a day or climbing for a week in the mountains. Remember more hiking; weight training and cardiovascular exercises you do, the more you will increases your strength and be able to hike for longer without feeling tired. The great thing about hiking is that it is not a competition or a race. You can control your pace and pause to enjoy the different views. Hiking offers you a nice break from hustle bustle of everyday life. It is a great way to whip your heart, lungs and muscles into shape while taking in the sights.
