So instead of thinking much, just feed yourself with a teaspoon of honey every day to enjoy a hale and hearty life. The various health benefits of honey are mentioned below-just go through them!

Do you know including honey in your breakfast is one of the most easiest and smartest ways of staying in good health? Just make a past of honey and cinnamon powder and apply to the slice of bread and have it in your breakfast. This will help in reducing cholesterol from your arteries and also avert a heart attack. Also if one had suffered from a heart attack before, he or she will certainly get benefited from this. If you follow this regularly in your daily schedule, it can also prevent breathlessness.

You wall be glad to read that regular intake of honey in your diet aids in your digestion system. So whenever you have to eat some heavy meal just don’t think much and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on two tablespoon of honey and have it before eating meal. Believe me, you will easily digest your food and won’t get troubled by acidity problem.

Honey tremendously helps in toothache too. Make a paste of 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder and 5 tablespoon honey and apply it on the aching tooth, three times a day. Believe me, your toothache will start vanishing in few applications without any doctor’s help.

For achieving a wrinkle free and soft skin, boil 4-teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder in 3 cups of water. Drink this 3-4 times a day, your skin will radiant.
