Honey and its benefits
The sweet liquid created by a colony of bees is enriched in medical properties. Do you know that the single tablespoon of honey can boost you with 64 calories of pure energy? It is fat –free, cholesterol-free and sodium free.
Apart from its culinary and medicinal properties, honey is also used as a metaphor for sweet regard. It contains small amount of vitamins like niacin, riboflavin, minerals like copper, calcium, manganese, phosphorous, potassium, zinc etc, amino acids and antioxidants.
Honey can make your skin look beautiful and supple in various ways.
* Just simply apply pure honey on your face until it gets dry. Afterwards wash your face with warm water and see the sparkling effects yourself.

One of the most effective ways for clearing up your make is by using honey. Just mix one teaspoon of honey with little milk powder into the palm of your hand. Now rub this for few minutes over your face to remove the dirt plus the cosmetic effect on your face in gentle manner. Later wash it off with warm water.
