Homely Prepared Fruit Facials
Ever thought of using seasonal fruits to make nourishing face packs and as fruit facials at the comfort of your home? Well you can choose from bounty of fruits like grapes, tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelons and prepare a moisturized and beneficial fruit facial for your skin in your home itself. Isn’t that wonderful! Just crush the pulp or squeeze them in blender and apply as quickly before the fruit vitamins lose their potency. Remember they are not only rejuvenating, refreshing but also economical as well as highly moisturizing for your skin.
Cucumber has cooling effects and can improve your dull and greasy complexion. Mix the juice of one small cucumber with a tsp of rose water and apply on your skin. Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash it off with flowing water.
Watermelon juice can be also applied on your face and neck to fresh up your skin. Make sure to Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash off with Luke warm water.
Coconut water can also be used. Rubbing coconut water on the skin not only lightens and brightens your skin but also cure the areas which are affected by heat rashes. Make sure you leave the skin applied with coconut water for at least 15 minutes to gain all the effect, and then wash it off using water.
Grapes are rich in sugar, vitamin and minerals, take out its pulp and apply on the wrinkles, around your eyes and mouth. It will moisturize, detoxify the nourish your skin,
You can even apply papaya pulp on your face for 15 minutes. Later wash it with water. This will be useful on blackheads, blotchy or sallow skin.
Remember that nothing looks more attractive than a smooth healthy skin, so just make use of the above fruit facials to increase the glow of your skin.
