Continuous sneezing, mucus flow from nose, breathlessness, headache and fever are some symptoms associated with the problem of sinusitis. Sinusitis is a condition in which a person experiences severe and acute inflammation in the air-filled cavities present inside the human skull. It is a problem which can affect people of all age or gender and children with chronic viral or cold troubles are susceptible to sinusitis. Equally vulnerable are those suffering from the problem of asthma. You can however treat sinusitis naturally through some given home remedies.
There is no hard and fast rule that you have to necessarily live with an ailment. You can get rid of it naturally too. To naturally get rid of sinusitis, you can take help of ginger and garlic. Taking one or two teaspoons of raw ginger extract can provide relief from this problem. Similarly, you can also effectively use garlic. Soak 4-5 seeds of garlic in water for some time and make its paste. The fragrance of this paste can help in loosening the mucus thereby making breathing easier. Fenugreek leaves are also considered valuable in curing sinusitis. In 250 ml water, boil 1 tsp of Fenugreek seeds and reduce it to half. This will help you to perspire, dispel toxicity and reduce the fever period. Moreover, people suffering from this problem should consume plenty of green vegetables, fruits, cereals and salads. Also keep yourself well hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.
Other ways of preventing sinusitis attack is by avoiding pollutants in the air, staying indoors if the air quality is poor, and above all, avoiding anyone who is smoking a cigarette. Since allergies can cause sinusitis, know your allergy triggers and do your best to avoid them. Follow these simple home remedies for treatment of sinusitis and keep yourself healthy.
