Having an oatmeal bath helps a great deal in naturally dealing with the problem of rashes. An oatmeal bath is particularly helpful in reducing the inflammation of skin. Similarly, application of baking soda on the affected body parts or application of chamomile tea can help relieve the pain, redness and itchiness of rashes.

Since rashes can be caused by chemicals present in cosmetic products, you must first check your skin’s sensitivity before applying any cosmetic product on it. If you have a rash which is due to harmful UV radiations, you must avoid going out in sun.
Though a hot water bath is advised for cleansing skin, be sure you use warm water and not hot one. As a precautionary step, you must also avoid the contact of your affected skin with chemicals present in harsh soaps, detergents and even deodorants.
