February 7, 2009

The sight and appearance of a single pimple is enough to make one shut oneself up in a room. All your efforts to make your skin glow and shine naturally or via makeup are wasted by the appearance of a single pimple.

Result- most of us end up missing social gatherings, dates and other social appointments due to fear of moving out with that ugly pimple. However, pimples can be naturally cured by simple home remedies which save you time and money and naturally provide a blemish-free skin.

Pimples are most commonly seen in teenagers due to hormonal changes in the body. Now, you can easily ward off pimples with some effective home remedies. We all have heard about various health benefits of papaya. But do you know that papayas can help in the natural treatment of pimples too? Just apply fresh juice of raw papaya on your skin to experience the difference.

Similarly, topical application of tea tree oil helps. By rubbing garlic on the area affected by pimples, you can naturally clear up your skin and make it blemish free. A common and popular home remedy is applying a drop of toothpaste on top of the blemish.

Cucumber can also be used for the treatment as well as prevention of pimples. You just need to apply grated cucumber on your face and neck region to display a blemish free face to the world. Similar application of lemon juice also helps. These days treatment of pimples via orange peels is on a rise. It simply implies mixing water with pounded orange peels and applying that mixture on pimples.

Pimples can also be easily prevented by following proper hygienic conditions. If your pimples refuse to budge despite following natural methods, you must consult a dermatologist to avoid complications.
