Also, in a glass of water add about two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and drink that mixture. This helps in naturally lowering your blood pressure.
Certain kinds of teas can help you in naturally treating hypertension. Green tea is one such tea and you can also have celery leaves tea for the same effect. You can also have tea which has grinded olive leaves in it.
Garlic is helpful for people suffering from hypertension. This is because garlic naturally reduces blood pressure and also lowers down the levels of bad cholesterol in the body, aiding in attaining perfect health. Thus, you should consume fresh garlic cloves every day to remain healthy.
