Home Remedies for Dandruff
Do you often hold back from wearing your favorite color black due to fear of falling dandruff? If yes, then say goodbye to all your fears through simple and natural home made remedies which can help you in making your scalp clean and dandruff free.
Dandruff is primarily attributed to the impairment of general health, intake of wrong foods and to a low vitality due to infectious diseases. It has also been found that emotional stress, tension, use of harsh shampoos and a general exposure to cold can all lead to the formation of dandruff in one’s hair. There are various natural methods to heal and eradicate dandruff from one’s hair.
An effective home made treatment for dandruff is by treating it using Fenugreek seeds. Two tablespoons of these seeds should be soaked overnight in water and ground into a fine paste in the morning. This paste should be applied on the scalp for about half an hour before washing it thoroughly. Lime is also a useful element in the treatment of dandruff. Using lime juice on one’s head during a wash not only leaves the hair shinning, but also prevents them from the formation of dandruff. Aloe Vera has also been found helpful in the treatment of dandruff. One should rub Aloe Vera gel on one’s scalp before having a wash. Repeating this activity for a few days would help in the complete removal of dandruff from one’s hair. A massage of warm coconut oil with a little application of lemon can have a fabulous effect on the overall health of your hair.
Thus, one should regularly take care of one’s hygienic conditions and should follow simple and natural ways of keeping one’s hair neat and clean so that they can shine with health. Do not hide your problem by wearing light shade clothes, but instead boldly face and eradicate the problem of dandruff forever by following home made natural remedies.
