When suffering from cracked heels, you can massage your affected skin with coconut oil or sesame oil before going to sleep. You will notice significant improvement the next morning.

You can also apply a foot cream at night and then wear socks on to keep your feet and heels healthy and well moisturized Applying glycerin also helps in softening the cracked heels. Similarly, Vaseline and petroleum jelly are also beneficial.

Scrubbing and exfoliating your skin to get rid of dry and dead skin is effective in naturally treating cracked heels. You can first soak your feet in lukewarm water for a few minutes and then scrub your feet. Applying a home made mixture of papaya and lemon juice on the affected area can also help in naturally dealing with the problem of cracked heels.
