Holi special recipes

Hey people, here are some mouth-watering holi special recipes for you all –just check them out and try them at least once in your kitchen cabinet. I am sure you all would love them.

Corn tikki
Ingredients:

2 cup boiled corns, ¼ cup rice flour, 1 ½ cup besan, 1 ½ tsp salt, 4 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp chat masala, 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, oil for frying

Method:
Make a rough paste of corns in a blender.
Add all the ingredients together except for oil. Prepare nice tikki with this mixture.
Fry these tikkis on tawa till they turn golden brown.
Serve with sauce.

Corn dahi bade
Ingredients:

1 cup corns, 1/ cup urad dal, ¼ cup moong dal, 1 tsp salt,  2 cup curd, 1/ tsp black pepper powder, 1/ tsp roasted jeera powder, 1/ tsp red chili powder, 1/ tsp chat masala, oil for frying

Method
Soak urad dal, moong dal and corns at night before.
Next morning, make a nice paste of these ingredients in a blender.
Prepare nice bade with the above paste.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the prepared bade in it
Take bowl filled with cold water; pour all the fried bade in it.
Pour curd in a blender and blend it well. Add salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
Squeeze the water from bade and pour them into curd.
Sprinkle jeera, red chili powder, chat masala.
Serve chilled.

Anaar ki thandai
Ingredients

1 glass anaar juice, 250 gm fresh curd, 150 gm sugar, 1 cup crushed ice

Method:
Pour anaar juice, curd, sugar and some crushed ice in a blender and blend well.
When bubbles starts to appear, pour it into a serving glass. Place some crushed ice on the top.
Garnish with rose petals and serve chilled.
