Along with being a common skin problem, acne is also a problem which leads to a hampering of one’s beauty due to the frequent eruptions of blackheads, pimples and other spots on the skin. In addition, insufficient intake of water and fruits, excessive intake of caffeine or carbonated drinks, being overweight and even use of certain steroids can lead to the problem of acne. Instead of trying out all sorts of cosmetics and beauty products, one can try some natural herbs which can effectively help you to get rid of this skin problem in a natural and a healthy way.
Since centuries, one herb which is known for its natural curative properties is neem. Neem is often referred as the wonder herb as it is used to treat all sorts of skin problems like acne, eczema and others. Crushing neem leaves and applying them on the affected areas of the skin can help in the fast and easy treatment of acne. Similarly, the pure and sacred basil or Tulsi can be used as a natural herb for the treatment of acne. Basil is extremely popular for the treatment of skin disorders as it is a blood purifier which helps in the killing of bacteria. Another natural herb which can be effectively used for the treatment of acne is turmeric or haldi.
There are certain herbs available which help in the purification of bloodstream thereby helping in the prevention as well as cure of acne. These herbs include burdock, red clover, dandelion root and yellow dock amongst others. Thus, one should go in for natural and herbal treatment of cane so as to treat skin problems in a natural and a healthy way.
