Mint jelly
Ingredients:

1 kg green apples, 1 bunch of mint leaves, 900 gm water, 450 gm sugar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 4 tbsp chopped mint leaves

Method:
Peel off the apple slices and chop them into small pieces.
Boil the water in a pan; add the bunch of mint leaves in it to boil. Also add apple slices to it. Boil for 30 minutes.

Pour this mixture in a jelly bag for a night.
Measure the quantity of juice next morning. Add 450 gm of sugar to 60 ml of juice. Again boil this on a flame for 20-30 minutes.
Later add lemon juice, white vinegar and chopped mint leaves to it.
Store in a jar. Let it cool down for sometime. Serve.

Mint sauce
Ingredients:

100 gm mint leaves, 350 ml white vinegar, and 100 gm sugar

Method:
Wash the mint leaves and dry them with towel. Chop them finely and store in jar.
Boil white vinegar with sugar in a pan till sugar gets totally dissolved. Pour this mixture in the mint jar.
Mix well. Serve.

Sweet banana raita
Ingredients:

½ cup sugar, 2 cup milk, 2-4 cardamom in powdered form, 4-6 banana, 8-10 chopped almonds

Method:
Bring milk to a boil on high heat. Keep it aside to cool down.
Add sugar and left it to prepare curd.
When curd gets prepared, keep in the refrigerator.
Add chopped banana pieces to the curd with powdered cardamom. Serve.

Meethi dhooli
Ingredients:

1 cup dalia, 150 gm gur, ½ cup desi ghee, ½ cup almonds, rasins and cashew nuts, 1 cardamom in powdered form, 2 tbsp grated coconut

Method:
Boil gur in 4 cups of water. Sieve and keep aside.
Heat oil in pan and roast dalia till it turns golden brown. add gur water in it and cook well on low flame.
Stir after 10 minutes and add dry frits to it.
Add cardamom powder and grated coconut. Serve.
