Healthy salads for you

Here are some mouth-watering salad recipes for you all! These are not only tasty but also healthy.

Masala salad
Ingredients

½ kg cabbage, 200 gm cooked beans, 2 lemon juice, 5-6 green chilies, salt and chilies to taste, papad pieces for garnishing

Method
Mix all the ingredients in bowl.
Now serve the salad on the serving plate and garnish with papad pieces on the sides.
Serve.

Mumbaiya salad
Ingredients

500 gm boiled rice, ¼ cup vinegar, 10 gm curry powder, pinch of jayphal powder, 2-3 drops lemon juice, salt and chilly powder

Method
Except for jayphal, mix all the other ingredients well in a bowl.
Now sprinkle jayphal powder at the end.
Place it in the refrigerator to cool down.
Serve.

Mushroom and pineapple salad
Ingredients

400 gm mushrooms, 100 gm capsicum, 25 gm pineapple, salt and chilly to taste

Method

Add salt to the chopped pieces of mushroom, pineapple and capsicum and carefully place them nicely in the serving plate.
Place the plate in the refrigerator to cool down. Later add lemon juice and chopped jack fruit pieces and sere.

Cabbage and raddish salad
Ingredients

500 gm cabbage, 150 gm raddish, 25 gm butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper

Method
Chop the cabbage and raddish.
Heat butter in a pan. Sauté the cabbage in it for a minute.
Now add raddish with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Cook for a minute and then take it off from the flame.
Serve.

Chicken salad
Ingredients

300 gm boiled chicken pieces, 300 gm carrot, 100 gm fried noodles, 100 gm ginger, some mustard seeds, ¼ cup vinegar, 2 tbsp Soya sauce
