Stuffed tomato
Ingredients:
4 tomatoes, 4 chopped onions, 4 garlic cloves, 1 chopped capsicum, 50 gm raisins, 20 ml olive oil, 1 tsp garam masala, 1tsp sauce, salt and black pepper to taste
Method:
Wash the tomatoes.
Hollow the tomatoes from center and take out all its pulp.
Pour onions, raisins, garlic paste, oil, capsicum pieces in a bowl. Mix well. Place this bowl in a microwave to cook the vegetable for 2 minutes on high temperature.
Add garam masala powder, tomato pulp, sauce, salt and black pepper to it. Again cook it in microwave for a minute on high temperature.
Now fill this mixture in tomatoes and cook tomatoes in microwave for 2-3 minutes on high temperature. Serve hot.
Honey banana
Ingredients:
4 bananas, 60 ml fresh orange juice, 30 gm white butter, 20 ml honey, 4 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Pour orange juice, honey and white butter in a bowl. Cover the bowl and place it in microwave and cook till all the butter gets melts.
Mix well.
Slice the bananas in long pieces. Dip these banana pieces in the honey mixture.
Cook these bananas in microwave on high temperature for 4 minutes.
When bubbles starts to appear on bananas, take them out and let them cool down.
Serve with vanilla essence.
Masala cauliflower
Ingredients:
1 medium sized cauliflower chipped into big pieces, 1 tsp oil, 1 onion, ½ tsp mustard seeds, ½ tsp jeera, ½ tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste, coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
Pour oil, onions, mustard seeds and jeera in microwave dish and place it in a microwave at high temperature for 1 minute.
Now, add cauliflower pieces, turmeric power, and salt to it and mix well.
Add water as required.
Place the dish in microwave and cook at high temperature for 4 minutes.
Garnish with kastoori methi. Serve hot.
