Healthy breakfast items for your kids

Undoubtedly your growing child needs lot of nutritious food for his or her proper growth. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so prepare the following heath dishes for your kid to accentuate their proper growth. I am sure your kids will love these breakfast dishes.

Tandoori eggs
Ingredients:

4 eggs, 1 tbsp khus khus, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp oil

For marination:
½ cup curd, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp paste of garlic, ginger and green chilies, a pinch of turmeric powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp red chili powder

For garnishing:
Tomato and onion slices

Method:
Boil the eggs and use fork to make small holes on them.
Make a marinaton paste using all its ingredients. Beat it well. Now pour the marinating over eggs nicely. Keep the eggs aside for ½ an hour.
Soak til and khus khus in water and then make a nice paste of them in a blender. Add tomato paste to it. Add oil also. Make sure you prepare a thick paste. Rub this paste on the eggs and place them into oven. Bake them in oven for 15-20 minutes.
Cut the eggs in long pieces and serve them with tomato and onion slices.

Paneer bread pizza
Ingredients:

100 gm grated paneer, ½ cup tomato puree, 50 gm grated cheese, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 6 bread slices,1 chopped onion, 1 chopped capsicum, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp butter

Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté half chopped onions and tomato puree together in it. Add paneer and salt to it.
Place paneer and tomato slices over the bread slices. Sprinkle grated cheese over the bread. Put chopped capsicum slices with onion slices on the bread. Put a layer of butter on bread now. Prepare all the bread slices in this manner. Place bread slice in oven at 200-degree temperature for 5-7 minutes. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
