So don’t forget to have at least half teaspoon of honey everyday.

Honey provides great relief in case of cold. Person suffering from severe cold should take 1 tsp of honey with ¼ tsp cinnamon powder for three regular days. Believe me, the cold will vanish without much of efforts on your part. Also, this will cure the most chronic cough problem and help in clearing sinus.

For killing the germs in bladder, just take 1 tsp of honey with 2 tbsp of cinnamon powder and mix them in a glass of lukewarm water. Drink this concoction regularly for a week. It will work as miracles.

All those people who suffer from joint pain or arthritis problem, honey can prove to be great pain reliever for you. Drink a cup of hot water with 2 tsp honey and 1 tsp cinnamon powder on regular basis. Another good news is that the chronic patients can also say bye bye to joint pains if they start following this habit. Great! Isn’t it?
