After boiling, let the mixture sit for about 20 minutes before you strain the mixture and separate the liquid. The strained liquid should then be allowed to cool down.

You should now mix cooled ginger liquid with sugar syrup and little soda. Also add few drops of lime in the mixture and your refreshing ginger ale is ready.
