we all use coriander in our kitchen either for garnishing the home-made dishes or for preparing chutneys etc. but do you ever realize that coriander have much more importance than just adding flavor to your dishes or using for garnishing purpose. Coriander is rich in vitamin C, calcium, and iron, phosphorous. Also it contains large amount of flavanoids, magnesium and beta-carotene.
