Hair Loss Remedies

October 15, 2008

Seeing a bunch of hair attached with your hair brush can be disheartening for anyone. Hair loss is a problem faced by both men and women and can be caused by dryness, hereditary, lack of nutrients and also due to use of harmful chemicals. Everyone wants to have healthy, long hair to enhance their looks, not dry, weak and falling ones. Thus, read below to find out some natural ways by which you can prevent your hair from falling.

There are some periods in the year when we tend to shed a lot of hair. But if you are suffering from excessive hair loss, you face the danger of baldness. To naturally treat the problem of falling hair, try the following natural ways. Soak fenugreek in deep pot of water throughout the night. Massage the liquid into the scalp and wrap with a cloth for 3 hours. Repeat everyday for 1 month for effect. You can also massage the scalp with uncooked egg yolk and leave for 1 hour before washing. It has been found that rubbing olive oil in the scalp can also help to reduce hair loss. Also, amla oil, which can be prepared by boiling dry pieces of amla in coconut oil, can help promote hair growth. Similarly, a vigorous rubbing of scalp with fingers after washing the hair with cold water is one of the most effective amongst various remedies available today for preventing hair loss. It is also one of the simplest. Rubbing of scalp activates the sebaceous glands and energizes the circulation of blood in the affected area, thereby promoting health hair growth. Daily application of refined coconut oil, mixed with lime water and lime juice on the hair, prevents hair loss and lengthens it. Application of the juice of green coriander leaves on the head is also considered beneficial.

Try these natural methods and see your hair shinning with health and not lying helplessly somewhere.
