Getting fit for your wedding Read this out

December 16, 2008

As the wedding dates begins to approach closer, would-be-brides and grooms all start to sweat in gyms and fitness centers to get back in a proper shape and get rid of those body flab. You will be surprised to read that even the firm advocates of ‘natural beauty’ also slowly and surely give in to workouts to look lean and good on their special day.

Always keep in mind that being well-settled and a teetotaler doesn’t make you a perfect match for a girl, unless you have a good body. So if you expect a beautiful girl, then make sure you also feel the same way about yourself as well. So before your mother give your pictures to match –makers, make sure you ask enough time from her to get back into a real good shape. Just get back into shape within a month’s time and then proceed further with the matter of your marriage. You can think of joining a gym and meticulously follow a weight-loss program if you are a bit overweight.

Do you know that it’s not just the obese but also the lean ones who are conscious of their looks? People consider thin people to be perpetually ill. Thin appearance can become a reason for getting the proposal turn off. So get rid of those skinny appearances and look out ways for getting into a better shape. If you are also suffering from same problem then join a weight gain program and gain some attractiveness. You can even practice pranayams.

Mind it, that a first impression is the best impression. Believe me, being in shape makes you feel good and also improves your prospects of finding a good match. So what are you waiting for now? Just get fit and fitter to look best on your D-day.
