Food That Can Enhance Your Sex-Life
Druken warm asparagus salad
Ingredients:
50 gm asparagus spears, 50 gm feta cheese, 25 gm red pepper, 50 ml olive oil, 5 gm salt, 5 gm pepper, 5 gm sugar, 5 gm chopped green chilies
Method:
Cut off the asparagus tips and Blanche. Dice the feta cheese and keep aside. Dice the pepper and grill it. Mix together salt, pepper, sugar, chilies and olive oil. Place asparagus and cheese in a bowl, pour the dressing over this and toss well. Garnish with grilled red pepper.
Razz attack
Ingredients:
50 gm raspberry puree, 50 gm spinach, 30 gm pecan nuts, 30 gm sugar, 6 file sheets, 100 ml oil
Method:
Reduce the raspberry puree and blanch the spinach. Melt sugar, add pecan nuts and toss. Set aside to cool. Mix all ingredients and place on the filo sheets. Roll it up and seal with water. Deep fry in oil.
Drunken chicken
Ingredients:
80 gm chicken (cut into stripes), 100 gm spaghetti, 100 ml white wine, 15 gm finely chopped onions, 15 gm garlic, 50 gm potatoes, 15 ml cream, 15 gm butter, 2 gm nutmeg, 50 gm wild rice, 50 gm honey, a little chicken veloute, 20 gm (chopped onion, garlic, leeks, peppercorns, celery, carrots, bay leaf),5 gm chopped parsley
Method:
Boil and peel potatoes and mash them evenly. Pass it through a sieve and transfer it into a pan. On medium heat, mix this with water, salt, cream, nutmeg while whisking continuously.
For preparing chicken veloute, mix 10 gm flour, 10 gm butter and 150 ml chicken stock, heat until it turns light brown.
Sauté onions and garlic in butter. Add the white wine and reduce it bit. Add cream and chicken veloute, cook for about 7 minutes and add chopped parsley. Your sauce is ready.
Brush chicken with honey and roast in the oven at 120 degree or until brown. Cook the pasta and toss with white wine sauce. Cook the rice and toss it with butter. Place mashed potatoes on one side of the plate and wild rice on the other. Place pasta in the centre and pile chicken on top of it.
