Step /floor aerobics

It means a bit of dancing plus a bit of stretching on all catchy tunes. An hour of aerobics is just perfect for all those who are looking to improve their cardiovascular stamina and want to burn body fat. Here hand and leg coordination is essential. So if you really want to build up your stamina in a short period of time, then go for aerobics!

Kickboxing
Kickboxing can be a contact or a non-contact exercise session. It involves kick and punch moves. It needs immense coordination and the power to keep up with the fast changing drills and routines. As the routine speeds up, the heart rate rises and the workout becomes cardiovascular. It greatly helps in building up your body muscles and tremendously boosts aerobic stamina. It also burns your body fat in a great way.

Aqua-aerobics
The natural resistance of water makes this workout very effective. The body is lighter in water so there is lower stress on the joints. The aerobic session involves dynamic movements against the water’s resistance to increase the heart rate. Floats and paddles are added to increase resistance. It burns fat, builds aerobic strength and stamina. It also tones your body muscles plus increases body’s flexibility.
