A 50 old person who exercises regularly is more energetic and healthy than a 20 or 30 year old couch potato. Setting a healthy exercise regime from the beginning itself pays huge rewards in one’s later years. With regular exercise, you get a stronger heart and healthy lungs, along with high immunity and energy. The result is that you easily ward off problems often associated with aging.

You can also indulge in swimming for the overall workout of the body and also in some other mild aerobic exercises to remain fit and active.
