Energy Diet
We all try out dieting in our life to get our extra flab under check. However, this usually implies sacrificing some essential nutrients. Result is simple- fatigue, tiredness and lack of energy. This is because when dieting, we cut down on calories which are energy providers. So how does one lose weight and still remain active and energetic? Also, if you are generally low on energy and need caffeine and stimulators to keep you active, you need to switch over to a healthy energy diet.
Did you know that by starving yourself and consuming no calories, you are not only sapping away energy, but also not losing enough weight? This is because when you suddenly stop eating or go on a crash diet, your body’s metabolism slows down. This also does not give you the license to indulge in heavy calorie intake as that will surly make you put on weight.
The best way to remain healthy, slim and energetic is by following a healthy and intelligent diet. Instead of eating at one go, you must eat little but at frequent intervals. This will ensure that your body always has the fuel to remain active and energetic. Eat a well balanced meal as you need to provide your body with all nutrients for it to be healthy and energetic. Inclusion of fresh fruits and vegetable is always desirable. Eat well and also exercise well to have a balance, that too a healthy and an energetic one.
Often people feel fatigued and tired due to lack of fluids. Thus, always keep your body hydrated by drinking water and also through intake of low-fat milk and low-calorie juices. Also, fatigue and lack of energy can be associated with lack of iron in the body. If you are women, then you must take extra care of your iron intake and include food items like meat, poultry, fortified cereals, dried fruits and peas. Thus, follow a healthy and nutritious diet along with some given tips to have a healthy and energized body.
