Feed yourself with lots of fruits
Inculcate lot of rich fiber, juicy colorful fruits in your diet as they help leaps and bounds in shedding extra kilos from your body effectively. Hence whenever hunger strikes your stomach just swap chocolate biscuits for one small apple. Believe me; this habit can help you to lose at least three kilos of weight in six months.
Start your main course with soup
Don’t forget to begin your meal with a soup as a starter. No matter whichever soup you choose, just make a habit of feeding your stomach with good quality soup. Mind it, as compared to melon or any other equivalent cheese and cracker dish, tomato soup significantly reduces the total amount of calories you may eat in a two –course meal by an average of 100 calories. Thus this habit can reduce three kilos from your body in eight months. Isn’t it great? So what’s stopping you now? Just guzzle a bowl of healthy soup.
Drink green tea
Forget about your regular milk tea; instead go on for a healthier drink-green tea. Remember if you have more than four to five cups of green tea, you can make big difference in the path of losing your weight process. Green tea habit can make you lose a lot in under year through its boosting effects on your metabolism.
Ditch the fat content
Undoubtedly mild is essential for your health, keeping you in fit and fine condition. But making sure you avoid the intake of full- fat milk for the body. Go for a bottle of skimmed milk instead. Skimmed milk helps greatly in losing weight. Just continue doing it five times a day, trust me you will end up losing almost three kilos in around ten months.
