Eat right to beat the stress
Do you all know that eating right can really help in beating away your stress in a big way? Well yes it certainly can! So make sure you incorporate good eating habits in your daily lifestyle for keeping the stress at bay. Bananas, green elaichi are rich in potassium and carbohydrates. These crabs have a quite relaxing effect on the body as they produce the neurotransmitter, serotonin which gives out a sense of calmness to your body. Remember that potassium deficiencies results in breathlessness, fatigue, insomnia, low blood sugar which increases your stress level. Also potassium is healthy to maintain healthy heart muscles. So for beating the stress, make sure you consume two bananas a day. For longer lasting effects, you can also try complex crabs like spaghetti, macaroni, potatoes, peas, pasta, beans and lentils.
Do you know that calcium helps in reducing irritability and nervousness in a big way? It also alleviates symptoms associated with pre-menstrual stress. So include raagi in your diet as it is richest source of calcium. Consume two tbsp daily of raagi in your chapattis by simply mixing it with wheat flour.
Apples contain phosphorous and iron and helps in reducing oxidative stress. This, in turn helps in cell-regeneration which is known to be adversely affected in times of stress. As the skin is possibly the first to show the signs of stress, apples can help counter that by helping build healthy skin and hair tissues. So make sure you consume eat at least an apple a day. Choose whole apples over fruit juice as fiber gets lost in juices. Avoid eating apples on empty stomach as it may trigger indigestion.
