October 6, 2008

Undoubtedly breakfast forms the most important meal of your day. So, make sure you do not make wrong choices. So hear are some clever and surprising breakfast swaps that can keep kilos off plus from your body plus fill your stomach at the same time.

Swap two scrambled eggs for two fried eggs. This is because scrambled eggs contain more calories and fat content than your fried eggs option. No matter how much scrambled egg may seem like a more virtuous option to you, but it is nearly impossible to prepare the without using milk or butter. So just grab fried eggs which can be prepared in little spray of oil. This will make you feel satisfied and content.

Swap an almond croissant for two slices of fruit bread. Do you know that the calories count of an average almond croissant is rich in nearly 500 and can only keep you feeling fuller just for not more than half an hour. Instead going get a fruit bread slice option releases energy slowly and keeps you satisfied for a longer period of time. But if possible, leave it unbuttered.

Swap yogurt for a honey and a chopped banana or a low-fat tomato sandwich. You will be surprised to read that yoghurt is one of the few foods that are less than healthy. It contains big amount of fat version plus calorie counts. Instead a better swap option is to have a sandwich with fewer calories. Why not prepare a sandwich at your home only by adding extra –lean chicken option or if you want you can add tomatoes on thinly sliced wholemeal bread but leave it unbuttered.
