February 27, 2009

Hey girls and guys do you often Suffer from mood disorder that leaves you feeling annoyed and irritated most of your day? Well if the answer to the above question is yes, then   don’t panic much! Here are some effective ways to cheer yourself up and to get over a sad mood in the least possible time, so don’t waste anymore time and read them out!

First and foremost to deal with your sad mood, watch out what all you eat. Drink plenty of water in your whole day, as the symptoms of depression gets enhanced during dehydration. Regulate your refined sugar intake. Always keep in mind that sugar is a known depressant. While it gives you a momentary high, it also brings you down. Instead include lots of frits and salads in your diet.

Make conscious efforts to let go off negative feelings. Choose to forgive and refuse to speak or think negatively. Believe me; this will go a long way in creating happiness and enthusiasm in your dull and boring life. Follow optimism in your life as much as possible.

Wear bright colored clothes, if you want you can visit a spa center and get a massage done to pamper your body. Go out and buy flowers and put them around at home. Change the linen, put up multi-hued things around. Trust me; engaging yourself in such tiny acts can really pep your mood.

Open the windows of your room and let the sunshine come in. If possible, take a walk outside in the sunshine for few minutes. The sun’s rays activate vitamin D in your body, which lifts your mood.

Listen to music. Peppy and cheerful music can play a big role in eradicating sadness from your life. If you are a bookworm, engaging yourself in good inspirational and motivational books can be another significant way of cheering yourself.
