Different type of delicious pooris for you

Hey people, here are some delicious and mouth-watering poori recipes for you all! Just read out and try in your kitchen cabinets.

Radha-wallabhi poori
Ingredients

500 gm wheat flour, 50 gm curd,  green chilies, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, coriander leaves, oil for frying, 125 gm green peas, 25 gm ginger, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, salt

Method
Add salt and 10 gm ghee to the flour and prepare nice dough using curd. Add ter if required.
Cover the dough with wet cloth and keep it aside for sometime.
Add ginger, coriander leaves, salt and other seasonings to peas and lend them well in a blender.
Prepare small balls from dough and fill the above peas filling in it. Prepare small pooris and fry them in oil in pan. Serve hot.

Paneer poori
Ingredients

300 gm flour, 2 tsp roasted jeera, 6 crushed cloves, 2 tsp ajwain, salt, 50 gm paneer, 3 chopped green chilies, 2 piece of dalchini, 3 crushed cardamom, ghee for frying

Method
Add salt, ajwain to flour and prepare nice dough.
Add jeera, red chili powder, dalchini, cardamom and salt to paneer and mix well.
Prepare small balls from dough and fill the above paneer filling in it. Prepare small pooris and fry them in oil in pan. Serve hot.

Aam ki meethi poori
Ingredients

250 gm aam ka ras, 500 gm sugar, oil for frying, 200 gm milk, 400 gm Maida

Method

Prepare 1-taar chaashni in a pan and keep it aside.
Add ghee to Maida and mix well. Add aam ras to it and prepare nice dough.
Prepare small balls from dough and prepare poori and fry them in oil in pan.
Pour all the prepared pooris in chaashni.
Take out each poori carefully from chashni and serve.
