Different sweet dishes–read them!

Hey people, here are some very different mouth-watering sweet dishes for you all! I am sure you all would love them, so Just read their recipes below and try in your kitchen cabinet.

Lavang bada
Ingredients

500 gm chenna, 15 gm sooji, 50 gm raisins, some cloves, ghee for frying, 15 gm walnut, 50 gm badam, 5 gm cardamom, 500 gm sugar

Method
Mix chenna, walnut and sooji together. Prepare its nice dough. Make small rounds from this dough to prepare pooris.
Prepare 7- tar chassnhi in pan.
Fill chopped badam, raisins and cardamom powder and give triangular shape to the poori and fry them in the heated pan in oil.
Pour all these in prepared chassnhi.
Let them cool down in chaashni and then serve.

Monda sandesh
Ingredients

750 gm chenna, 20 gm cardamom powder, 65 sugar, 100 gm chopped pista

Method
Pour water in pan and bring it to boil. Add sugar. When sugar starts to boil, pour chenna to it. Keep stirring it continuously.
When the consistency becomes thick, add the pista and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Pour the mature in boxes and keep them in refrigerator for freezing.
When once they freeze, take them out and pour them into serving plate and serve.

Paan Tula
Ingredients

500 gm china, 100 gm Maida, 1/ 2 tsp cardamom powder, 300 gm khoya, 1 kg sugar, ghee for frying

Method
Blend khoya with paneer nicely.
Pour some milk in pan and bring it to a boil. Add the above mixture and prepare thick batter.
Keep it side.
Make nice dough of Maida and cardamom powder.
Prepare small tikkis from this dough.
Prepare 3 taar chaashni in pan.
Heat oil in another pan and fry above tikkis. Later pour all of them in chassnhi.
Serve them.
