Thus, one should use antimicrobial mouth rinse to prevent the formation of germs. In addition, getting regular dental check ups done is necessary for the overall dental health of a person.
Along with following basic dental hygienic conditions, one can also indulge in some homemade dental care recipes for bright teeth and fresh breath. One can make mint toothpaste at home by mixing 6 teaspoons of baking soda with 1/3 tsp of salt, 4 tsp of glycerin and 15 drops of peppermint or wintergreen extract. Mix thoroughly and use it as toothpaste to experience a new air of freshness in your mouth. By following some basic dental care techniques, one can free oneself from all dental problems along with being able to win the hearts of many with a beautiful, natural and healthy smile.
