Delicious Soup For You All
Chana and tomato soup
Ingredients:
1 cup soakaed chana, 2 medium onions, 1 tbsp maida, ½ kg tomato juice, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garam masala, 2 tbsp butter
Method:
Pour water in a pan and boil chana with salt and garam masala.
Chop the tomato in small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and sauté these chopped onions till they turn golden brown in color. Sprinkle maida on it and cook for 1 minute. Pour chana and tomato juice in it. Let it cool down for some time.
Afterwards, blend them in blender for 10 minutes. Serve hot with breadcrumbs after garnishing with chopped coriander leaves and chana.
Moth ka soup
Ingredients:
200 gm sprouted moth, 1 green chili, 1 garlic clove, 1 cup milk, 2 tbsp cream, 2 tsp cooking oil, ¼ tsp jeera, 2 tbsp curd, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Method:
Keep 2 tsp moth aside. Pour the rest of moth in a blender with green chilies, garlic to make a nice paste. Now pour this paste into pan and boil it with cream and milk.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté jeera in it and keep it aside. Now pour curd in it and mix well.
Serve the hot soup in a bowl, toping it with curd mixture and chopped coriander leaves.
Dry fruits and buttermilk soup
Ingredients:
4 cup buttermilk, 1 cup cream, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp cashew nuts paste, 1 tbsp badam paste, 1 tbsp pista paste, 1 tbsp fried makhana paste, 2-3 cloves, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp roasted jeera paste, juice of 1 lemon, 5-6 almonds, 5-6 pistachios,
Method:
Heat the butter in a pan and sauté cloves in it. Add dry fruits paste in it and sauté them till they turn golden brown in color. Close the flame. Add buttermilk and cream to it.
Add lemon juice, salt and other seasonings. Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot.
