Delicious jams

jamsHey people, here are some tasty and delicious jams for you all. Just read their recipes below and try them in your kitchen cabinets!

Peach jam
Ingredients:
1 kg peach, 1 kg sugar, 2 piece of daalchini

Method:
Peel off the peaches and de-seed them.

Add the sugar to the peach pulp and keep it aside for overnight after covering it.

Next day, cook the peach pulp on low flame till a thick paste gets papered. Add daalchini and mix well.

Take it off the flame and keep aside to cool down. Later fill in the bottles.
Peach jam is ready to eat.

Mango jam
Ingredients:

2 kg kaccha aam, 2 kg sugar

Method:
Wash the mangoes and peel off their rind.

Chop them into small pieces.

Boil these chopped mangoes in a pan.

Later keep them aside to cool down.

Mash these pieces with a wooden stick or hands. Add sugar to this mixture and cook again on flame.

When it turns thick in consistency, keep aside to cool down. Later fill them into clean bottles. Savor the mango jam whenever you want.

Carrot jam
Ingredients:

1 ½ kg carrots, 1 ½ kg sugar

Method:
Wash the red carrots with water nicely.

Fill the utensil with water and cover it with cloth from above. Place the carrots on this cloth. Cover the carrots with another utensil and cook them on high flame.

After coking for an hour, carrots will get boiled up.

Take off the carrots and keep aside to cool down.

Chop carrots into small pieces and mash them. Add sugar to the mashed carrots.

Again cook the mixture in a pan on low flame.

When mixture turns thick in consistency, take it off from flame and keep it cool down.

Later transfer into dry and clean bottles. Carrot jam is ready to savor.
