Baked cauliflower
Ingredients:

500 gm cauliflower, 3 tomatoes, 2 onions, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp milk cream, 10 cashew nuts, 10 raisins, 2 tbsp oil, 1 cup milk cream

Method:
Wash the cauliflower nicely.
Heat oil in pan and add ¼ tsp salt with ¼ tsp turmeric powder. Pour little water in it and place cauliflower in pan in upside down manner. Let it get soften on low flame. Mind it that the whole cauliflower is soaked in water.
When the cauliflower gets soft, take it out and place in a plate.
Take a baking dish; roast ginger, garlic, onions and tomatoes in it for a minute in oven. Later add 1-cup milk cream in it with all the seasonings.
Place the cauliflower on this mixture and sprinkle masala on cauliflower as well. Pour cashew nuts and raisins too on cauliflower.
Bake it again carefully.
Garnish with green chilies and milk cream.
Serve hot.

Coconut kofte
Ingredients:

1 cup grated coconut, 3-4 boiled potatoes, 2 cheese cubes, 2 crushed bread slices, 2 chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, oil for frying, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup cream

Method:
Grate the potatoes. Add grated coconut, crushed bread slices, salt, green chilies, and cheese to it.
Make small rounds of this mixture and fry them till they turn golden in color.
Make a paste of tomatoes, onion and ginger in a blender.
Sauté this mixture in a pan. Add salt, red chili powder and garam masala to it. Sauté them well and then add water to it.
Prepare a nice thick gravy and then pour the prepare kofte in it.
Garnish with cream and serve hot.
