Delicious dhokla recipes

Khaman dhokla
Ingredients
50 gm besan,1/ tsp soda-bi-carbonate, 4 green chilies, pinch of hing, ghee, 2 cup sour curd, 2 tomatoes, ½ tsp mustard seeds, salt, coriander leaves
Method
Pour sour curd in besan and mix them well. Keep it for a night and use it the next day.
Next morning, add salt and soda-bi-carbonate to it. Blend well.
Pour this mixture in a bowl after greasing the bowl with oil.
Place this bowl in a bigger utensil filled with water. Make sure the water level is only till ¾th of the smaller bowl.
Cover the smaller bowl with lid and put the bigger utensil on flame with closed lid.
After 20 minutes, uncover the utensils.
Touch the besan with spoon to see whether dhokla is ready or not.
Take out the prepared dhokla utensil from bigger utensil and keep it aside.
Heat some oil in a pan and sauté hing and mustard seeds in them. Now pour it over the dhoklas.
Garnish with chopped green chilies and coriander lees.
Serve.
Soyabean dhokla
Ingredients
100 gm soyabean flour, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/ tsp turmeric powder, 1 green chili, pinch of sod-bi0crbointe, salt, 100 gm besan, 1 tsp methi seeds, 1 inch of ginger, 75 gm coconut, coriander lees, ghee or oil
Method
Add soyabean and besan together.
Add chopped green chilies and ginger to it.
Make nice dough of this, by adding curd, methi seeds.
Leave this dough for a night.
Next morning, add salt, turmeric powder, chopped coriander leaves, soda to it and pour the batter in greased utensil.
Prepare it exactly in a khaman dhokla style.
Sprinkle grated coconut over dhokla pieces with coriander leaves and garam masala.
Serve.
