Here are some great and delicious dessert recipes for all you sweet lovers- read them below and try them in your kitchen cabinets! I am sure you and your family members and friends would love them. So don’t think much now- just prepare these lip smacking desserts and let everyone enjoy it!

Brioche pudding
Ingredients:

400 ml milk, 100 ml cream, 4 egg yolks, 100 gm castor sugar, 10 ml vanilla essence, 100 gm brioche (a French bread), 10 gm melted butter, 20 gm chopped dry apricot

Method:
Warm the cream and milk and vanilla essence till the sugar melts.
Pour 1/3 of the warm cream to the egg yolk and after mixing it, add the remaining cream.
Strain the cream mixture and keep it aside.
Arrange the sliced brioche on the dish, pour the melted butter over it and sprinkle some chopped apricot.
Leave the bread to soak with the mix for 15 minutes, add more cream mixture if required.
Bake at 180 degree Celsius till the custard turns golden brown.

Ingredients
:
200 g baked puff sheets, 250 ml milk, 250 gm cream cooking, 100 gm castor sugar, 50 gm chopped pistachios, 50 gm chopped cashew nuts, 10 ml rose water

Cream for topping: 100 gm fresh cream, 20 ml castor sugar

Method:
Crush the baked puff sheet in a serving bowl with chopped pistachios and cashew nuts.
Warm the milk and cream with sugar, and rose water.
Pour the milk on the crushed puff and keep it aside to soak the milk. Add enough to soak the puff.
Whip the cream with sugar until semi thick; cover the puff with the cream.
Bake the above mix at 200 degree Celsius until the top is slightly brown.
Garnish with pistachios powder, serve warm.
