Ham curd
Ingredients:
500 gm curd, 150 gm ham, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, ¼ tsp rock salt, ½ tsp jeera, 2 tsp groundnut oil, ½ tsp mustard seeds, 6-7 curry leaves, ½ tsp salt
Method:
Pour the curd in a blender and blend it well. Pour it in bowl later. Cut the ham into small pieces. Make a paste of green chilies with coriander leaves.
Heat oil in a pan adds pour seeds in it. Let it splutter. Then add curry leaves and ham. Let it cook for sometime. Cool it off for sometime. Then pour this ham mixture and mirch paste in curd. Mix all of them well.
Garnish with rock salt, jeera and chopped coriander leaves.
Egg, apple and cucumber curd
Ingredients:
500 gm curd, 6 eggs, 2 apples, 2 cucumber, 1 onion, 1 beetroot, some coriander leaves, ½ tsp jeera, ½ tsp rock salt, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp salt
Method:
Blend the curd in a blender.
Boil the eggs. Chop the apples in small pieces. Chop the cucumber in small pieces. Also peel off and chop the beetroot and onions. Also chop coriander leaves.
Pour the curd in a bowl. Cut the eggs in round slices and add to the curd. Add chopped beetroot, apples, cucumber and onions to curd. Also add chopped coriander leaves to it. When serving, sprinkle salt, rock salt, black pepper powder and jeera to it.
Raisins raita
Ingredients
500 gm curd, ¼ cup milk 10 gm gram flour, 1 ¼ tsp salt, a pinch of hing, ¼ tsp red chili powder, ¼ tsp peppercorn powder, 25-30 raisins, 2 green chilies, ¾ tsp jeera, some chopped fresh coriander leaves, 2 gm mustard oil
Method:
Deseed the raisins. Blend cud with milk well in a blender. Add salt to it.
Heat oil in a pan and keep it aside to cool down.
Pour gram flour in a bowl with remaining salt, hing, red chili powder, peppercorn powder and water and mix them well. Make a nice paste of this mixture. And add the above raisins to this mixture.
Make small balls of this mixture and fry them in oil. Keep pouring the fried balls in bowl of water. Later squeeze them and pour in serving dish containing blended curd. Add chopped green chilies, coriander leaves and jeera to it ad enjoy.
