Delicious Cabbage Soup Recipe
Wanna learn how to make cabbage soup? It is easy and tasty. This cabbage soup diet is related to fat burning soup which contains negligible calories. You can remain fit and slim even if you increase the intake of cabbage soup in a day. However, your taste depends completely on these steps, so let’s learn the recipe for the cabbage soup:
First take ten cups of water, one package Lipton soup mix, one can V8 juice or tomato juice, two cubes of chicken bouillon, five large green onions, two green peppers, two cans of crushed tomatoes, four carrots, one cup of sliced or canned mushrooms, one celery bunch chopped half head of green cabbage, salt and pepper to taste, Day 1- Cabbage Soup plus as much fruit as you like, excluding bananas.
Here is how you should increase the intake of soup with different ingredients in each day. Your day two should be cabbage soup and vegetables including a potato with a little butter. Day two should include fruits, vegetables, excluding the items of day one. Day three should contain full of skimmed milk and banana along with the cabbage soup. Day four should contain twenty ounces of beef and six tomatoes along with main ingredient cabbage soup. Day six should be included with brown rice and vegetables along with cabbage soup. This is the way cabbage soup should be taken.
However, for the average weight person cabbage diet is completely unrealistic and also it is not so nutritious when we compare with other nutritious soups.Inspite, of consuming cabbage soup one still has to work hard for reducing fats as its ingredients contain so many fatty things leaving cabbage alone. Nevertheless, you can still take cabbage soup, it’s not bad either. One can still depend for filling the stomach. The soup is tasty and convenient to make.
