Delicious breakfast dishes

Hey guys, make sure you try these mouthwatering breakfast recipes in your kitchen cabinets.

Stuffed apples
Ingredients:

2 medium sized apples, 50 gm paneer, 1boiled and mashed potato, ½ cup gated coconut, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 green chilies, 1 tsp oil, ½ tsp salt, ¾ tsp black pepper powder, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp khukhus powder

For garnishing:
Coriander leaves chutney, curd, chat masala

Method:

Hollow the center of apples with the help of a knife. Pour sauce in the middle first if all.
Heat oil in a pan, fry khus-khus and potato. Add paneer and stir-fry. Now add grated coconut, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, and black pepper to it and make a nice filling for apples.
Use this filling now and stuff the apples nicely. Place these apples in microwave tray. Brush them with little oil and bake in oven for 5-6 minutes. Serve hot with chutney and curd.

Spicy sabudana pie
Ingredients:

1 cup sabudana, 1 boiled and mashed potato, ½ cup maida, 2 tbsp butter, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ cup milk, ½ tsp salt

For filling:
1 tbsp oil, 2 eggs, 1 chopped onion, 1 tomato, ½ cup boiled peas, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp red chili powder

Method
For filling:
Heat oil in a pan and stir fry onions, tomatoes nicely. Add eggs to it and cook for 1 minute. Add salt, red chili powder and again cook for 2-3 minutes more.
Soak sabudana in milk. Add this paste to all the other ingredients to prepare nice maida dough.
Take a serving dish; place three parts of subduing dough on it. Cover this with the filling all over. Now again place the dough layer in long slices over the filing in criss-cross manner. Now bake this in an oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serve hot.
