Pudina parantha
Ingredients:
½ cup chopped mint leaves, 4 cup flour, 2 tsp butter, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1-2 chopped green chilies, ½ cup ghee
Method:
Add butter to the flour and mix well. Also add salt, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies to the flour and dough nicely. Make circular rounds of this mixture to prepare chapattis by filling oil in it. Heat the pan on a high flame, and fry the parantha over it. Eat with chutney or aachar.
Soyabean Naan
Ingredients:
½ cup soyabean powder, 4 cups Maida, 4 tsp white butter, ¼ tsp ajwain, 1 chopped onion, 2 tsp ghee or oil to fry, ½ tsp salt, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp baking powder
Method:
Heat the water in a pan and add soyabean powder to it. Bring it to a boil. Later sieve it nicely.
Heat the oil in a pan and add chopped onions to it. When onion turns golden brown in color, add soyabean, green chilies and salt to it.
Add butter, ajwain, baking powder and salt to the Maida. Mix them well and then add milk to it. Dough it nicely. Prepare small rounds of Maida and layer it with some ghee. Fill the rounds with soyabean mixture and make chapattis of it. Cook them in an open cooker or on the opposite side of tawa. Later add desi ghee to it and enjoy with your main course dish.
Kutu ki poori
Ingredients:
250 gm kutu ka aata, 4 medium boiled potatoes, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp green chilies powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, oil to fry
Method:
Sieve the flour and add salt and black pepper powder to it. Mash the boiled potatoes and add to the flour. Also add green chili and coriander powder to it. With the help of water, dough the flour. Prepare small pooris of this, and fry in the oil in a pan.
