Dealing with matters of heart
Does your work leaves you with little time for regular health check-ups? But believe me; that’s not a good excuse at all! After all, it’s your body so make sure you listen to it and deal carefully the matters related with your heart. Remember that if matters of heart are not taken with properly then it could result in imminent heart troubles. It can lead to chest pain radiating in the arm when you walk or breathlessness. On the other side it can also result in sharp pain in your arms, neck, abdomen, back areas, nusesea and dizziness.
Heart trouble is a result of blockage in the arteries that supply oxygen to your heart muscles. Well there are two kinds of factors responsible for such a condition-modifiable and non-modifiable. well certainly you cannot do much about the non-modifiable factors such as family history, advancing age but you can definitely keep a check over modifiable factors such as smoking, high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, stress and high cholesterol level.
Certainly picking a product from a shelf is really easy but do you know that such a thing can cost you a lot in a long run by affecting your heart greatly. So if you are really concerned about your health, make sure to read the food labels before buying them. In case you buy processed food items then make it a habit to read out total fat value, saturated fat value, and cholesterol and sodium levels of a product. Also, check for its percentage of daily value. A daily value of 5 or less makes it low in these nutrients, thus making it fit for a healthy heart diet.
Make sure you take proper care of above factors to keep your heart in hale and healthy condition.
