Oiling hair everyday encourages hair growth- we all know that this is the most popular Indian myth. Keep in mind that oiling hair merely protects it from dust, color, pollution and other external pollutants. Regular application of oil has no relation with hair growth. When you scrub oil on your scalp, the hair merely soaks it up. It is then protected from external factors, But it hardly stimuli the growth of your hair.
