Colorful and fruits flavored burfis for you all!

Hey people. Here are some colorful and sumptuous burfi recipes for you all- just red and try them in your kitchen.

Apple burfi
Ingredients:

4 apples, 200 gm sugar, 4 tbsp ghee

Method:
Prepare a paste of apples in a blender.
Heat ghee in a pan and sauté the above prepare paste in with along with sugar. Let the ingredients mix well together.
Grease the tray with oil. Pour the above apple paste on it evenly. Garnish with chandi vark.

Orange burfi
Ingredients:

20 gm petha, 200 gm mava, peel-off of an orange, 10 gm sugar, 5-6 drops of orange essence, chandi vark, 1 tsp soda-bicarbonate

Method:
Grate the petha. Roast it in a pan on low flame and add a pinch of soda to it.
When petha turns soft, pour them in a cloth and hang it on a tap handle so that all the excess water gets drained away.
Add soda to orange peels and bring them a boil twice. Make sure you change the water after one boil. When the peel gets soft, make a paste of it in a blender.
Pour mava, sugar, peel- off paste and pulp of petha in a heated pan. Stir continuously.
Add essence.
Grease the plate with oil and pour the mixture on it. Garnish with chandi vark. Cut into desired shapes and serve.

Aam burfi
Ingredients:

½ kg aam pulp, 250 gm mava, ½ cup chopped dry-fruits, 1 tbsp ghee, ½ kg sugar, 5-6 drops mango essence

Method:

Heat ghee in a pan. Add aam pulp with mava and sugar. Stir continuously.
When the mixture turns thick, take it off from the flame.
Add essence and dry fruits and let it cool down for sometime.
Cut into desired shapes and serve.
