Causes of Mouth Blisters
Many people suffer from mouth blisters and it can be found in people of all age groups, including children. Mouth blisters can occur in any region inside the mouth, be it on the lips, tongue or along the corners of the mouth.

If your body lacks Vitamin B complex and iron, then it can lead to mouth ulcers. An injury can lead to mouth blisters. For example, if you accidentally bite the lining of the mouth, then it can lead to mouth blisters or ulcers.
Stress is a major contributor to the problem of mouth blisters. Thus, you must try de-stressing techniques to lead a healthy lifestyle. In addition, it has been found that a weak immune system can lead to frequent occurrence of mouth blisters and sores.
