Causes of Chronic Stomach Trouble
Every one of us must have suffered from stomach pains and stomach related trouble. However, there are times when stomach troubles become frequent and chronic. Thus, it is important for you to know the various causes that could lead to stomach related problems.
Acidity is a major cause of stomach related problems and that in turn can be a result of the problem GERD or acid influx. Having heavy meals can lead to this trouble and it can be accompanied by nausea, heartburns and even stomach pain.
Similarly, Irritable Bowel Syndrome can lead to chronic stomach pain and cramps. Food allergies, especially lactose intolerance is one of the causes for frequent and even chronic stomach trouble.
There are also other factors which can lead to stomach trouble. If you constantly remain constipated, then you can suffer from chronic stomach pain and other related troubles. Intestinal infections, gallstones and ulcers can also be a cause for chronic stomach pain.
Not to forget the simple, basic and the most common cause of stomach trouble- overeating or eating heavy and untimely meals. This can lead to acidity and gas which in turn can lead to stomach pain and other problems.
We all talk about the various drawbacks of stress and how it can affect your physical and psychological health. Do you know that stress is one of the major contributors to your stomach problems? Whenever your body and mind is stressed, it will show through stomach problems.
Also, if you are already suffering from any stomach problem, it can be aggravated by stress. Thus, you need to keep yourself stress free to ward off various stomach related ailments.
Thus, you should acquaint yourself with the above causes of stomach trouble so that you can easily prevent your stomach pain from recurring.
