Cancer is one of the most talked about medical problem and is associated with a lot of fear due to its serious consequences. This article will talk about cancer in context with women and will also provide information on some important cancer symptoms which every women must be aware of.
There is a steady rise in the number of women being diagnosed with cancer, especially those associated with breast, cervix and ovary. There are also women who suffer from fallopian tube and vaginal cancer.

Here are some important symptoms associated with cancer in women. If you feel a persistent pelvic pain and chronic lower back pain, don’t dismiss them as symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome. They can be serious too. This is because these symptoms can be indicative of ovarian or cervical cancer.
Any kind of gynecologic cancer associated with women often leads to abnormal bleeding, which can be during, after or in between periods. In addition to these symptoms, cancer of the ovary region can also be characterized by the swelling or bloating of the abdominal region.
Unlike bloating caused by gas or acidity, abdominal swelling associated with cancer is persistent for a long time.
Unexplained weight loss is a common symptom associated with any kind of cancer. In addition, women should self examine their breasts on a regular basis and report any kind of abnormality to the doctor to diagnose the problem of breast cancer in time.
Along with the above given symptoms, cancer also leads to overall weakness and fatigue.
Thus, you must remember the above given symptoms of cancer in women so that you can diagnose your problem in its early stage and get a timely treatment done.
