Here are some exotic breakfast snack dish recipes written below-read them out!

Dahi pattice chat
Ingredients:

8 boiled and meshed potatoes, 1tsp ginger-chili paste, 2 slices of bread crushed in the mixer, 2 tbsp cornflour, 1 tsp sugar, ½ lemon juice, salt to taste

For filling:
½ cup chana dal (pressure cooked), 2 tbsp grated coconut, 2tbsp coriander leaves,
½ tsp ginger-chili paste, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp sanchal powder, few drops of lemon juice

For dahi boondi:
(Mix together)
3 cups curds, 1/2 cup boondi, salt to taste

Others:
Some barik sev (fine vermicelli), few coriander leaves,
some imli chutney, some masala onions

Method
Mix together all the ingredients of pattice.
Mix all the ingredients of filling.
Stuff the filling in the potato mixture shape into flat rounds and deep fry in oil or roast on a non-stick pan.
Arrange the pattice in a serving dish. Put dahi-boondi over the pattice. Sprinkle chutney, ketchup, masala onions, sev and coriander leaves.

Aloo-mattar and bread dahiwadas
Inghdreints:

20 bread slices cut into circles

For stuffing:
2 potatoes boiled and meshed, ½ cup boiled peas, ¼ cup coriander leaves, ½ tsp chat masala, ½ tsp ginger-chili paste, ½ tsp jeera powder, ½ tsp amchoor powder, salt to taste

For topping:
2 cups churned curds, some sweet chutney, few coriander leaves

For masala (mix together):
½ tsp sanchal powder, ½ tsp jeera powder, ½ tsp red chili powder

Method:

Prepare 10 flat rounds fro the stuffing a little smaller than the bread circles. Sandwich each stuffing between 2 bread circles and stick the ends with water. Arrange in serving dish and top with curds, sweet chutney, ketchup, masala and coriander leaves. Served chilled.
