    Great article. Have it growing in my backyard. Use is periodically just for its flavour. Did not know of all its other uses. Will certainly be drinking it every day.

    Great info. I have mine growing outside. I concoct a huge pot of  lemongrass tea on a regular basis for my family. I add cinnamon sticks, cloves, ginger, orange peel, dried papaya leaf and green & black teas. sweaten with a bit of honey and yum. I make enough to last for about a week. So refreshing & great for you!
